Your Departure

On the day of your departure, your physician will visit you for an overall consultation, to make sure that you are fit to be discharged and to summaries your treatment that has taken place during your stay. If there are any medications that have been prescribed to continue your treatment, our nurses will print out your prescription which will have the name of the medications with the dosage and provide instructions on how to use each medication. Once you are packed and ready to leave, your discharged report will be provided to you and when your account has been settled, you will be discharged accordingly.

Your departure time would be determined after your physician’s visit and all administrative paper work has been completed (payment, discharge report and medication).

Patient Discharge Department is operating Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Sundays and after hours, you may visit our Emergency Services Department for further assistance.
